Build PBX domain in SkySwitch (triggered by FOC)
NOW that FOC is confirmed, create the domain in Manage PBX. Format: BusinessName.24871.service (no spaces, no special chars). Set up extensions (one per seat). Quoter may have already created a shell โ check first before creating a new one.

Order from SkySwitch Store to arrive before FOC date (ship time 2-3 days โ order immediately!). Corded phone ~$22, ATA ~$32 (both covered by $25 activation), Cordless $3.99/mo rental, ConnectUC = no order needed.

Schedule welcome call & install visit (triggered by FOC)
Call customer. Confirm install date = FOC date (or day after equipment arrives). Confirm they have working internet. Confirm who will be on site. Walk them through what to expect on install day.
